Corn Chopping is in full swinat the farm these days. Hale has been around to help some of the time. He really loves all the buttons and the steering wheel. He's not to sure about the air horn but he still pulls it when he can reach it. Yard Work - Replanting the Lawn
A project that I have been working on for a while is my back yard. I have been pulling out trees rototilling and here you can see Kohl and Me fertilzing before we planted lawn. We actually used our sawdust blower that we bed our stalls and pens with at the farm. Instead of sawdust be loaded it up with seperated solid manure and blew it in a nice thin layer across the lawn, it worked suprisingly well. It almost looked like we new what we were doing. Stairway Project
Here you can see a project that I am working on at home trying to finish off the stairway going to our basement. Our basement is finished but the stairway leading to it was not. So to make it a look nice and also make people actually want to use the basement we decided to finish the stairway. It has been a little bit challenging as we have had to jackhammer out the top step because it had settled to far to be usable. You can see I have now framed in the top step and am ready to start laying treads on top. I'm not exactly sure how this is all going to turn out but will hope for the best.
